As a machine shop we specialize in micro-machining, scientific hand tools, optomechanics, and sensors. We bring precision machining, finishing, assembly, and measurement capabilities to bear on small, specialized parts for researchers and industry.

As a design studio, our work spans scales from the world of micro-machined mechanisms through to technical layers that occupy entire buildings. Projects that benefit from close cooperation and integration of design with production are of particular interest to us.

As designers and manufacturers we also apply our knowledge and experience of scientific instruments to hands-on exhibits for museums and schools that emphasize and elucidate physical phenomena.
